Buy eBooks for iPad instead of Kindle -10 Reasons Why I think the iPad is better!

WARNING: If you want a multi-purpose gadget then iPad is the right choice for you. No need to read the rest of the post.

1 ) The best way to think of the iPad is as a larger iPhone. The screen is a 9.7 inch IPS display (IPS is really good screen technology). Full capacitive touch screen and it’s in color 1 GHz Apple A4 processor. 16, 32, and 64 GB of flash storage – That’s much more storage than the Kindle.
2 ) WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 in the 3G model and WiFi and Bluetooth in the WiFi model. Kindle doesn’t have WiFi or Bluetooth.
3 ) Accelerometer and Compass. Kindle doesn’t have either.
4 ) Good battery life of 10 hours. Standby of over a month. Okay, Kindle has a longer battery life… I will give it that.
5 ) iPad gets all iPhone Apps.
6 ) Excellent for newspapers, you get color photos and inline videos.
7 ) iPads are optimized for movies and games and doing everything.
8 )  The iPad has an LED backlit display and has a bright screen. The Kindle uses a reflective screen with no backlighting which makes it hard to read in bed while your wife is trying to sleep.
9 ) The iPads page turning is natural and simple. You can either just tap the edges of the virtual pages on the screen or move your finger along the bottom as though you are turning a page. To turn the page on the Kindle 2 you have to press long buttons on either side of its case.
10 ) You can watch movies (including HD), TV, browse the web in color, play games and read a book. Kindle is only a book reader.

Note: If price is an issue then the $259 Kindle is less expensive but you could get an iPhone for less and still do more.
